The hotel was located in the heart of the luxury street, close to all the major shopping and tourist destinations. The staff was very welcoming and allowed an early check-in which was great as it gave us more time to explore the city. We also enjoyed the clean towels every day and the complimentary water in the room.
the check-in process was a bit confusing as it was in a different location and not properly explained. Finally, the heating system in the room was not able to be controlled and it got very stuffy, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by luxury shops and close to the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and the daily complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and start exploring the city right away.
The lack of ventilation in the room was uncomfortable, with only a small window looking onto a corridor. The bathroom water wasn't as hot as we would have liked, and the internet was unreliable at times.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, with a multitude of restaurants nearby and right on the main shopping street. The room and beautiful bathroom were clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included at a nearby bistro, and the fresh food had something for everyone to enjoy. we were impressed with the room facilities and the wonderful service.
We did experience some Wi-Fi signal issues during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city's shopping and dining district. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering recommendations upon my arrival. The location also made it easy for me to walk to a variety of restaurants and explore the city's top tourist hotspots, while also feeling safe. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
